Royal Bet employs advanced detection technology to identify duplicate accounts, and all accounts involved will be closed immediately with balances forfeited if fraud is confirmed.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, truthful, and up to date. Royal Bet reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including a government-issued ID (MyKad), a utility bill as proof of address, and payment method details. Accounts found to have submitted false information will be closed and all transactions reviewed.
Using another person's information to register a Royal Bet account constitutes identity fraud and is a criminal offence. Royal Bet will report such cases to the relevant authorities.

The minimum deposit is RM20 for most payment methods. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) only. Royal Bet does not accept payments in foreign currencies.
The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per transaction. All withdrawals will be processed using the same payment method used for the deposit, or a method that has been registered and verified on your account. Royal Bet is committed to processing approved withdrawals within 24 Working Hours.
For withdrawals exceeding RM5,000, Royal Bet reserves the right to request identity verification documents and proof of ownership of the payment method used. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) procedure that all licensed financial platforms are required to follow.
Funds subject to an active rollover requirement cannot be withdrawn until that requirement has been fully met. Check your rollover status under "My Account" on the Royal Bet platform.
All bonuses offered by Royal Bet subject to the rollover requirements stated in each promotional offer. Rollover refers to the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn as cash. Example: A RM100 bonus with a 7x rollover means you must place total bets of RM700 before a withdrawal is permitted.
The first deposit bonus of up to RM500 can only be claimed one time only by each new member. This bonus carries a 7x rollover requirement and a validity period of 30 days from the date of activation. Bets placed at odds below 1.50 do not count towards rollover calculations.
Weekly cashback is credited every Monday based on net losses over the preceding 7 days. This cashback carries a low rollover of 1x only. The monthly reload bonus carries a 5x rollover with a validity period of 14 days.
Royal Bet strictly prohibits all forms of bonus abuse, including arbitrage betting using bonus funds, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or any strategy designed to fulfil rollover requirements with minimal risk that does not reflect genuine wagering.
Royal Bet reserves the right to void bonuses, restrict withdrawals, or close accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Royal Bet's decision in such matters is final.
All sports bets on Royal Bet settled based on the official results declared by the relevant sports governing body — FIFA for football, BWF for badminton, ICC for cricket, and so on. In the event of a discrepancy between the scoreboard and the official result, the recognised official result will be used to settle all bets.
If a match is postponed and not resumed within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, all pre-match bets will be voided and stakes refunded. For in-play bets that were active at the time of suspension, settlement will be based on available results at Royal Bet's discretion.
Royal Bet reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds (priceable error). This includes odds that deviate significantly from the standard market due to technical or human error. Affected members will be notified by email if their bets are involved in such a situation.
In in-play betting, delays from TV broadcasts or live streams may cause a discrepancy between the actual match situation and the displayed odds. Members found exploiting such delays to gain an unfair advantage will face action, including bet cancellation.
